APICA celebrated its 45th anniversary of incorporation in 2025!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Its mission is to stimulate and support Aylmer\u2019s business community in addressing the challenges of the region\u2019s socio-economic development. APICA is recognized as a key organization representing the interests, issues, and opportunities of Aylmer\u2019s business community.<\/p>\n

APICA is both a social and professional network. For example, we organize 5 to 7 networking events<\/strong> hosted by our members, allowing the business community to discover local businesses. We also host an annual golf tournament<\/strong> (May 21) and will be offering new training sessions<\/strong> led by experts from D\u00e9tail Formation<\/em> at a very affordable cost ($65).<\/p>\n

APICA also organizes activities that bring the entire community together and give festivalgoers the opportunity to discover both the businesses of Old Aylmer and its historical and cultural heritage, including Le Vieux-Aylmer se sucre le bec<\/strong> (April 11\u201312, 2026) and the March\u00e9 Enchant\u00e9<\/strong> (October 18\u201319, 2026).<\/p>\n

Of APICA\u2019s 120+ members<\/strong>, nearly 50%<\/strong> are located between Front Street and Belmont Street, while 40%<\/strong> are spread throughout the Aylmer sector and 10%<\/strong> are based in the Industrial Park. Among these members, 57%<\/strong> offer professional services to the general public and businesses, 33%<\/strong> operate in the restaurant and food sectors, and 20%<\/strong> are non-profits, institutions, or political representatives (municipal, provincial, and federal).<\/p>\n

A strong group of Aylmer business people<\/h2>\n

Since 1980, the mission of the Association des professionnels, industriels et commer\u00e7ants d’Aylmer (APICA) is to stimulate and support all those who do business in Aylmer in order to meet the challenges of socio-economic development in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n
