Big Garage Sale on Main Street!
Invitation to Businesses
An activity is returning to Main Street!
Organized by APICA, the Corporation du Vieux-Aylmer, and Bistro L’Autre Œil, the garage sale will take place on Saturday, May 30, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., between Le Monastère and Auberge Symmes (Old Aylmer).
In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Sunday, May 31.
🛍️ Main Street Businesses
If you have a business on Main Street, you are invited to set up in front of your storefront, free of charge.
This is the perfect opportunity to clear out items such as utensils, glassware, scarves, jewelry, holiday surplus… in short, anything sitting in your back storage!
⚠️ Important: no tables on the sidewalk (to ensure access and fire safety).
👥 Residents – Registration
Residents can register for a 12′ x 12′ space on grass at a cost of $10, in one of the three designated areas.

- 12′ x 12′ grass space: $10
- You must bring your own table, chairs, and equipment
- Garage sale items only
→ This is not an artisan market or MLM event - Event runs rain or shine unless otherwise notified (email sent the morning of)
- Final rental cost: $10
In the coming weeks, Martine (L’Autre Œil) and Aimé (Corporation du Vieux-Aylmer) will visit businesses located between Le Monastère and Auberge Symmes to distribute posters. Thank you in advance for welcoming them!
For businesses located outside this area, feel free to join in by setting up your own tables.
