PROFESSIONALS, INDUSTRIALISTS AND TRADERS including self-employed persons. Voting members.

Affiliated companies

ADD $50 PER AFFILIATED BUSINESS A second business with the same owners. No voting rights for affiliated companies.

Political and institutional

Members of political parties and institutions support APICA in its mission. A very important role for the commercial dynamization of the Aylmer sector. This category of member does not have the right to vote.

Non-profit organizations

Members have the same benefits as small and medium-sized enterprises but do not have voting rights and cannot sit on the APICA Board of Directors

Membership Criteria

Regular members

Any professional (generally referring to a professional order or offering services to companies and individuals, including self-employed workers), industrial or commercial person who has an interest in the mission and objectives of APICA, who has applied for membership to the Board of Directors, who has paid his annual dues and any other fees related to the activities or services of APICA, and who respects the by-laws of the association.

Any person, or a duly authorized representative of the member company of APICA, has the right to vote at the General Assembly and may be elected to the Board of Directors.

Associate members

Any non-profit organization (NPO), institution or political representative that has an interest in the mission and objectives of APICA, has applied for membership to the Board of Directors, has paid its annual dues and any other fees related to APICA’s activities or services, and complies with the Association’s bylaws. Any associate member from an association or institution has the right to vote at the general assembly, but cannot be elected to the board of directors. Any representative of the political class is not entitled to vote at the general assembly and cannot be elected to the board of directors.

Any person, or a duly authorized representative of the member company of APICA, has the right to vote at the General Assembly and may be elected to the Board of Directors.
